PARALEGAL POSITION AVAILABLE

Busy, growing, small law firm seeks experienced full-time Real Estate Paralegal with experience in handling all aspects of residential and commercial real estate closings, including coordinating all communications among clients, brokers, lenders and other law offices; preparing agreements, deeds, title insurance commitments, CD’s, settlement statements and closing documents; disbursing post-closing proceeds; and maintaining correct trust account ledgers for closings. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and real estate closing software. This position will involve some basic administrative work as well. Salary commensurate with experience.
